Wellbeing & Recovery College

The Wellbeing and Recovery College offer a wide range of FREE online and face-to-face courses across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

The College was launched in 2021 to support the wider community with accessing educational courses covering Mental Health, Wellbeing, Recovery and Life Skills either online or face to face.

We are excited to announce that we are working with local Togetherness teams to provide self-guided courses about mental health, wellness and parenting.
Togetherness offers a range of accessible learning pathways to help everyone understand more about brain development, emotional wellbeing and parenting for healthier relationships and happier lives. 


These pathways include topics such as: Understanding Relationships, Understanding your Own Trauma, Understanding your Child in a Changing World, Understanding your Child’s Mental Health and Wellbeing, Understanding your Teenager’s Brain – with other topics also available.
These pathways will be advertised on our website event calendar soon.​
