Worcestershire Wellbeing Hub

The Worcestershire Wellbeing Hub is an information and signposting service for people over the age of 16 who are experiencing low mood, anxiety or stress, and feel that they would benefit from support from local community providers. People can call the helpline themselvers, or they can be referred by a GP or health professional.

Community First have worked together with Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust’s Enhanced Primary Care Mental Health Services to establish the Hub, which has received over 2700 calls since its launch date in May 2016.

The Wellbeing Hub won an award for partnership working at the Worcestershire Health and Care Trust’s Staff Achievement Awards 2016

The Wellbeing Hub is based at Wildwood and operates Mon-Fri 9-5pm. The team is also out and about countywide at engagement events too.  And the hub has already won an award in its first 12 months.

On Friday 5th April 2017 the Worcestershire Wellbeing Hub celebrated its first birthday. Hub team and NHS staff, together with VCS organisations, celebrated the Wellbeing Hub’s birthday with a special cake at their network meeting.
