Worcestershire Voices Project seeks a Chairperson and Board Members
The Voices Project Group are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking individual with a passion and commitment to the voluntary and community sector (VCS) to chair and lead the newly formed Worcestershire VCS Strategic Board.In addition they are looking to recruit 12 individuals with the right skills and motivations from a broad range of VCS organisations who can support the Chairperson in developing a Strategic Board that is proactive, responsive to the needs of the sector and that can make a real difference.
Potential Board Member candidates should be active leaders of the VCS and be motivated by the desire to raise the profile and increase the influence of the sector through acting as champions and advocates and supporting the development of the sectors collective voice.
Completed applications need to be submitted by 5pm on Monday 27th February 2012 for the Chairperson position and by Monday 12th March at 5pm for Board member applications. For more information please click this link.
