Well Being of Staff

One of the main themes raised when I talk to managers as part of the Gateway to Care project is that you would always like to do more to support your staff team through the many challenges they face : organisational changes, national initiatives, legal requirements, staff sickness, personal problems, qualifications to name but a few.

I have organised a highly recommended session to share some practical tools that managers can use to help you further promote the “Well Being of Staff”.


There are two aspects to the session :

- Tools to help managers identify and prevent difficult situations
- Tools to help managers support individuals who find themselves going through difficult times

You will receive a pack and CD as part of the course resources.


The course is only open to Gateway organisations.  It is fully funded and as there are only 12 places available I can offer one per organisation to the first replies.

Time : 9.30 – 4.30 with lunch provided


Venue : Worcester
