Venue Hire

Community First has a centrally situated, easily accessible venue for meetings or training at the Training Station in Malvern. As its name suggests, it’s on Platform 1 of Great Malvern Station.


We have four rooms which range in size and can comfortably accommodate between 6 and 30 people. Available equipment includes overhead projectors, laptop and data projector, a TV/Video, broadband internet connection and flipcharts. Tea and coffee facilities and catering can also be provided (special dietary needs are not a problem).

The Severn and Teme rooms have wide doors that provide wheelchair access direct from the station platform and there are no steps or hazards to stand in the way of disabled users.

Our charges and equipment hire rates are very reasonable. Daily room hire rates are between £16.50 and £71.50 for voluntary organisations and between £33 and £90 for public or private sector organisations. (Equipment hire and catering is charged separately).
