Tools for success for third sector organisations and managers
Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness has developed a series of tools, templates and checklists to help third-sector organisations to plan for long-term sustainability. The individual guides can be used by trustees and managers who want to focus on a particular area, such as governance or finance, but together they form a toolkit which organisations can use to help strengthen their effectiveness.The toolkit costs £30 and can be bought directly from Cass CCE - see www.cass.city.ac.uk/cce/resources/tfs/index.html
