Herefordshire Infrastructure Consortia are very keen to understand what difference the advice and support has meant for you as a voluntary or community group and the kinds of services you anticipate you might need in the future. The consortium is made up of Age Concern, Community First, Community Action Ledbury and District, Herefordshire Council for Voluntary Youth Services and Herefordshire Voluntary Action whose role it is to provide advice and guidance to voluntary and community groups in Herefordshire.
Please take the time to complete our online survey, it makes a genuine difference to the way we deliver our service and gives us a firm understanding of how we can improve and better serve your organisation now and in the future.
The survey is made up of 13 simple tick box questions and will take you no longer then 5 minutes to complete. It provides a real opportunity to feedback your thoughts. Your opinion is extremely valuable to us: understanding your experience of our services is essential to our continuous improvement. We want to know how to best serve your organisation.
As a further incentive we are also offering entry into a prize draw to win a digital camera! All participants that submit the survey will be given entry to the draw for a FugiFilm 5.1 Megapixel digital camera. The draw will take place late May.
