We help to improve access to affordable housing for people in rural areas who would otherwise be priced out of the local housing market, or who would be unable to afford local rented accommodation.
The Herefordshire and Worcestershire Rural Housing Enablers help rural communities to tackle the lack of affordable housing in their area, working together with Parish Councils, Local Authorities, landowners, developers, Housing Associations and many others.
We can help with:
- Assessing housing need in your area
- Resolving issues and concerns, by acting as an honest broker.
- Identifying suitable sites for housing
