Radiate Redditch - Christmas Hub referrals

The Hub will provide hot food and refreshments throughout each day from Friday 23rd December 2016 through to and including Monday 2nd January 2017.  It will also be operating a night shelter for anyone who is homeless during this period.

The provision will operate from The Ecumenical Centre, Evesham Walk, Redditch B97 4EX.

See download details of the Christmas Hub provision for any homeless individual or anyone you know that will be lonely and isolated during the Christmas period:
• Agency referral information - this document provides some guidance for agencies referring individuals
• Guest Agreement - this document outlines what the expectation is from individuals using the provision
• Guest Referral form - for completion either by the Guest or on behalf of the Guest to be referred.

If you are aware of any individual that might benefit from the provision please pass on the relevant documents to the individual.  Guests are able to self-refer and can turn up on the day to access the provision.  A referral process will take place before admittance will be agreed.  Any potential referrals after Thursday 22nd December can be made by the individual visiting the provision. Individuals can attend the Hub for one or as many days/nights as they require.

Please feel free to circulate this information to colleagues and partnering agencies to ensure this information is made available to anyone who might come into contact with the homeless or any vulnerable adult in the community.

This year Radiate Redditch is piloting the opportunity for vulnerable families to access the provision, if you are aware of any families, please in the first instance, contact sharon123mccall@btinternet.com and further information will be provided.
