Quality and Improving Performance

Using a quality system helps your organisation to check and improve all its activities, from staff morale to better financial management. 

A good quality system looks at the whole organisation and show you how you can improve in certain areas.  There are also some quality tools that will concentrate on one particular area of activity, such as customer service, or quality assure the service you offer, such as the Legal Services Commission (LSC) Quality Mark.

Below you will find a leaflet giving you details of the main quality systems that are used in the third sector.
