Purdah necessitates rescheduling of engagement events

The announcement of a General Election on June 8 means that for a given period before the election public sector organisations, including the NHS, are restricted from any activity which could be seen as influencing the political agenda. This includes any public engagement activity.

Therefore the Health and Care Trust have had to re-schedule the co-production events re. Older Adult Mental Health Services and will now be holding them in June and early July.  The new dates are as follows:

•           Wednesday 21st June – Simply Limitless, Jellyman Room, Puxton Lane, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY11 5DF - 2pm-4pm

•           Monday 26th June – Redditch Town Hall Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 8AH - 10am-12noon

•           Thursday 29th June – St Peter’s Baptist Church, Main Hall, St Peter’s Drive, Worcester, WR5 3TY from Time - 5pm-7pm

•           Monday 3rd July – Perdiswell Young Persons Centre, Activity Room 4 & 5, Perdiswell Park, Droitwich Road, Worcester, WR3 7SN - 10am-12pm

If you had already reserved a place for the May events, please note the change of dates and let the Trust know which June/July date would now be your preference

If you have not reserved a place yet but would like to attend on one of these new dates, please contact Paulette Cook on paulette.cook1@nhs.net or call 01905 681429.  The Trust will contact potential attendees in mid-June with more details.
