Worcestershire Macmillan Citizens Advice Service - report (dashboard)

The service provides comprehensive advice on Welfare Benefits and related issues for those in Worcestershire with a cancer diagnosis, their families and carers.

It helps people overcome difficulties in their lives caused by the change of circumstances following a cancer diagnosis. It helps alleviate stress and worry over issues concerning income and finances through providing information and advice that gives peace of mind, helping people to concentrate on their medical treatment and recovery.

The report includes details relating to the clients profile, their diagnosis and treatment centre, advice work undertaken and financial outcomes achieved.

A number of illustrative case studies and client comments are also attached.

It is aimed to provide the report on a quarterly basis, with the next report covering the period April 2016–June 2016 due for distribution in July 2016.

If you have any comments or questions regarding the report please contact Nicky Hodgkiss by email or telephone 01905 744570.
