Personalisation Training Programme 2012


Supporting Health, Wellbeing and Social Care Organisations and those supporting people under the Personalisation agenda, to Maximise their Impact.

This programme is for: Managers, Directors, Senior Operational Staff, Trustees and Social Entrepreneurs responsible for managing change and designing services to respond to Personalisation.

The Trainer: has worked with a number of organisations that are in the process of implementing charging policies and that are moving away from grant dependence

Time: 9am for a 9.30am start to 1.30pm
The Trainer: is experienced in organisational development and capacity building in the voluntary and community sector (VCS), with a passion and track record for enabling individuals and organisations to work together to address local community needs.

Module 3: Outcomes – user engagement and personalisation

Module 4: Monitoring, evaluation and social return on investment
