Feedback Survey: Integrated NHS 111 and GP out of hours

Sandwell and West Birmingham Clinical Commissioning Group, as lead commissioners of NHS 111 in the West Midlands, is running a formal process to develop a service that brings NHS 111 and GP out of hours services closer together. The aim is to give patients a ‘new front door’ to urgent health services around the clock. As part of this process the CCG is asking patients for valuable insight into their experience of using NHS 111 and GP out of hours (OOH) services in the West Midlands. This feedback will form part of the development of the region’s integrated NHS 111 and GP OOH service. Please see attached patient briefing to read more about the process.

Please complete this survey to give feedback about your experience using the current NHS 111 and OOH services and also share your views about how the new service should be developed in the future.

If you would like to get involved in future opportunities to develop the service you can join the NHS 111 Virtual Patient Network here. As part of this network you will receive regular briefings and updates about the NHS 111 service in the West Midlands.

The survey deadine is Monday 29th February at midnight.
