A Community Plan sets out a vision for how the local community wants to develop, and identifies the actions needed to achieve it. Community First can help you at every stage of creating a Community Plan, and put you in touch with others who have already completed their plan.
Drawing up a Community Plan offers a great opportunity to think about where your community is going in the next few years. It takes about twelve months from start to finish and needs time, energy and commitment - but it can be great fun and very satisfying to do.
