New from the Charity Commission

The Charity Commission has recently published new guidance for people wishing to make complaints about charities.  CC47, Complaints about charities, is available to download from the Commission's website at;                                                     www.charity-commission.gov.uk/publications/cc47.asp

Also newly published is a statement of approach by the Charity Commission which provides guidance about when and why the Commission might get involved where there are disputes within a charity.
