Reablement Service
Please find attached the document ‘Reablement Service, Worcestershire’. This document is an easy read of what changes are going to take place over Worcestershire regarding the Mental Health Services. We wanted to keep you as updated as we are, because these changes are important and it’s also necessary that everyone is aware of what is happening and how they might be affected. The proposal seems to adopt a ‘person centered approach’, taking individual needs into account (which is a good thing) and of course it’s focused on ‘Recovery’ which is another positive.
