Local Network Fund
Welcome to the Local Network Fund. This funding programme has now come to an end.
The Local Network Fund for Children and Young People helped small voluntary and community groups to improve outcomes and opportunities for children and young people aged 0-19. The object of the fund was to enable communities with limited opportunities or access to the services that many young people take for granted, to develop projects and activities for children and young people. In June 2003 Community First was awarded the contract to administer the Local Network Fund on behalf of the Department for Children, schools and families (DfES) in Worcestershire. Since then we have allocated more than £1.3 million to small groups in Worcestershire.
