Local Businesses Event
Worcestershire County Council - in partnership with Business Link, the six District Councils, and Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service - is hosting a special event aimed at showing local companies how to do business with the public sector.

Those who currently don't trade with public sector organisations but would like to are invited to the event at County Hall on Thursday, March 12. It starts at 10:30am and finishes with a buffet lunch sourced from locally grown produce.
The event will highlight the many opportunities to sell to the County Council or its partners. This will involve:
- A "meet the buyer" session
- Maximising the day's potential for networking by keeping formalities to a minimum
- Understanding the processes and opportunities
- Preparing firms to understand how to bid for business and be procurement-ready.
