Health Chats

Health Chats is an interactive 3 hour FREE public health training session essential for any member of staff or volunteer who works with members of the public. Every contact is an opportunity to empower people to improve their health or well-being. Health Chats training covers health issues such as alcohol consumption, smoking, physical activity, diet, mental well-being and ageing well.
