Green Funders

Are you looking to fund a project which will have a positive environmental impact? Will your project result in reducing carbon emissions or providing a more efficient means of producing energy? The link above provides a list of grant givers with a specific interest in funding projects that reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. This includes installing double glazed windows, insulating a building or providing micro generation projects that will be sustainable and beneficial.
Below is  a link to Café whose site provides a funding database specifically for 'green' projects. They will also provide a free energy audit provided you are a member of their organisation (membership is free)

Church Funders

Community First can provide advice and support to churches looking to provide their building to the wider community. Above is a list of funding opportunities for church groups looking to expand their services. There is also a list of funders that will fund church refurbishments and repair work. This has been produced by Wendy Coombey from the Diocese of Hereford.

Village Halls/Community Buildings

Above is a link to our Village halls funders list. This is a collection of funders that we know to have either funded village halls in the past or mentioned in their criteria that they may fund community building projects.

Young People

The above link will take you to a list of funders that are specifically interested in giving to projects that are designed to directly benefit young people. This could be money to support a playgroup, capital funding for a playground or money to help run a youth centre.
