End of Grant
End of Grant ReportOnce you have achieved all agreed outputs as stated in your agreement and have evidenced them appropriately using the templates as instructed at the beginning of your project delivery, you are ready to complete your end of grant report.
This report will tell us things like how your project has developed, whether you experienced any problems, what the successes and weakneses were and how you found the whole process.
Please link this report to the original outputs identified in the agreement made with the outreach worker before the project commenced. If you have achieved additional outputs then please record these and complete the relevant evidence templates (these can be found on the monitoring page of this website).
Please note that Community First will be unable to release your final 25% payment until we have received your report and all the correct evidence demonstrating the outputs have been achieved.
