CCG Engagement: Prescribing and Assisted Conception

NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove, NHS South Worcestershire and NHS Wyre Forest Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are responsible for buying healthcare services for Worcestershire residents. The challenge faced by the CCGs is how to spend their available budget in ways that most benefit the health of the whole population and deliver good value for money.

The CCGs are currently seeking views on proposals to restrict the prescription of various medicines, gluten-free food products, baby milk and oral nutritional supplements. They also want to know whether you think they should reduce access to assisted conception treatments.

You can find the relevant documents and access both surveys on the following page: http://www.southworcsccg.nhs.uk/get-involved/  under 'Current Activity'.

The closing date for responses is 5pm on 12th April 2017. If you have any questions regarding the surveys or any further comments please contact:
