BUDGET CONSULTATION MEETING - VCS invite

Invitation to County Council budget consultation meeting 19th January

Each year the Council holds a series of meetings with representatives from the community to discuss its proposed budget plans and the possible impact this may have locally.

The briefing for Parish & Town Councils and Voluntary and Community Sector groups will take place at County Hall, Worcester on Thursday, 19th January 2017 at 6.00p.m.  The Council welcomes the opportunity to talk to you about the its proposals for 2017/18 and to answer any questions you may have at the meeting.

There are a limited number of places available, so one representative per organisation, who can feed back to colleagues, is requested. Place allocation is based on a first come, first served basis so a speedy response is recommended.  Refreshments will be available prior to the start of the meeting.

Please confirm your attendance by contacting   ddale@worcestershire.gov.uk by Friday, 13th January 2017 or returning the slip below to:  Deborah Dale, Legal and Democratic Services, Worcestershire County  Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP
