Appeals and complaints - Community Champions

The decision making process aims to ensure that the Community Champions budget is used in line with national guidelines for the fund.

Reject applications will be returned with the reasons why the funding has not been awarded. If an applicant is unhappy with this decision or with the explanation given, the appeal will be referred to the Government Office for the West Midlands, who will work to resolve the situation.

All complaints will be taken seriously.
