7 May:  Market Engagement - Worcestershire Mental Health and Wellbeing

As part of its move to become an excellent Commissioning Authority, Worcestershire County Council is reviewing all services with the aim of commissioning the right service from the right provider at the right price to the tax payer.

The Council is commissioning on behalf of the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for Worcestershire.

The Primary Mental Health Care service is currently being redesigned to support Worcestershire's population needs, taking into account NHS priorities, patient feedback and local GP's / Clinicians views.

We would also like the opportunity to work with the Voluntary, Community, Health and Wellbeing Sectors and we are inviting organisations already working in Worcestershire communities to meet with us for a presentation on the new service model followed by informal discussions on how your organisation may work within the new model.

The County Council intends to hold an open information session for all interested organisations to be held at County Hall, Worcester on 7th May at 1pm – 3pm, if you would like to attend please register to confirm your attendance via this link http://apps.business-central.co.uk/apps/ViewEvent.aspx?Event=1157
